Terms of Use and Service

Effective September 18, 2026

These Terms govern use of the Rippa Run Co. website and certain coaching services offered by Rippa Run Co., LLC (“Rippa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Website use

This website provides information about Rippa and its in-person running coaching services. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information.

Coaching inquiries and acceptance

Submitting a Get Started form, contact message, or coaching request is an inquiry only. It does not guarantee acceptance, availability, enrollment, group placement, or a scheduled session.

Victoria Batcheller reviews coaching requests based on fit, availability, and program capacity. Rippa may accept, waitlist, or decline a prospective athlete.

Eligibility and minors

Athletes must be at least 12 years old.

For athletes under 18, a parent or legal guardian must act as the account holder, provide required consents, sign applicable participation documents, and make payments on behalf of the athlete.

Participation, health, and medical disclaimer

Running, conditioning, and athletic training involve inherent risks of injury.

Website content and coaching services are not medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Athletes and their parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate and for consulting a qualified medical professional regarding injuries, medical conditions, symptoms, or other concerns that may affect safe participation.

Participation may require completion of a separate assumption-of-risk and liability waiver before training begins. That waiver is separate from these Terms and governs risks associated with physical participation.

Coaching services and pricing

Current coaching options and prices are shown on the Pricing page.

At present:

  • Group Training, 1 session per week: $150/month
  • Group Training, 2 sessions per week: $250/month
  • 1:1 Coaching: $110/session

Rippa may change prices for future purchases or future billing periods. Any price change affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated before the new price takes effect.

Group memberships and recurring billing

Group memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew each month until cancelled.

By enrolling in a recurring group membership, the account holder authorizes Rippa and its payment processor to charge the applicable membership fee each billing period until cancellation.

Memberships may be cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not create a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period.

No makeup session, refund, or credit is provided when an athlete misses a scheduled group session.

If Rippa cancels a group session, Rippa may provide an account credit, refund, or other reasonable adjustment.

1:1 coaching

1:1 coaching sessions are scheduled only after Victoria and the athlete or parent/guardian agree on a date and time.

Once a session is scheduled, the client may be sent a payment request. A session is not considered fully confirmed until required payment has been received.

1:1 sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and may be charged in full.

Rippa may make exceptions at its discretion, including for emergencies or unsafe weather conditions.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By submitting payment information, you agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.

All displayed Rippa prices are intended to be the full customer price unless otherwise clearly stated.

No guarantee of results

Athletic performance depends on many factors, including training consistency, health, competition, recovery, genetics, prior experience, and individual circumstances.

Rippa does not guarantee specific race times, team selection, scholarship opportunities, qualification standards, rankings, or other athletic outcomes.

Photography and media

Participation in Rippa programs may require a separate photo and media consent. Where required, that consent will be presented before enrollment.

Website content and intellectual property

The Rippa Run Co. name, logo, branding, photographs, written materials, graphics, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Rippa and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Ordinary personal use of the website is permitted.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, email, calendar, analytics, and hosting providers. Rippa is not responsible for the availability, security, or independent practices of third-party services.

Limitation of website liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rippa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website.

This section does not replace or modify any separate participation waiver applicable to physical coaching activities.

Changes to these Terms

Rippa may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.

Changes to recurring membership terms that require advance notice will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
